This policy explains what information rimadmin.com collects, how it is used, and how it is protected. The short version: I collect only what I need to do the work you ask for, I protect it carefully, and I never sell it.
What I collect
- What you send me. When you email me about "The Real Number" or Dana PA, I receive your name, email address, and whatever you choose to include about your business.
- Client documents. If you become a Dana PA client, you share business documents with me — visas, Emirates IDs, licenses, contracts, payroll details — so I can track deadlines and prepare paperwork for you.
- Basic technical data. Like almost every website, the hosting server keeps standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to keep the site running and secure.
How client documents are protected
Your documents live in a private, access-controlled folder. Only you and I can see them. They are used for one purpose only: doing the work you hired me for. They are never shared with, sold to, or shown to anyone else — no marketers, no other clients, no third parties. When our work ends, you can ask me to delete everything I hold, and I will.
How your information is used
- To reply to you and deliver what you asked for (a report, a tracked deadline, a payroll file).
- To warn you before your deadlines — that is the whole service.
- Never for spam. I don't send marketing emails you didn't ask for, and I don't add you to lists.
Cookies and advertising
This site currently uses no tracking cookies of its own. If advertising (such as Google AdSense) is added in the future, third-party vendors including Google would use cookies — including the DoubleClick cookie — to serve ads based on prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings. This policy will be updated if that happens.
Third-party services
This site is hosted on Hostinger, and email runs through Google (Gmail). Those providers process data on their own terms as part of providing their services. Links on this site may lead to other websites, which have their own privacy policies.
Your choices
- Ask me what information I hold about you — I'll tell you plainly.
- Ask me to correct or delete it — I will, promptly.
- Stop working with me at any time — your documents go back to being yours alone.
